When I wrote a simple “Thank you” to David Ryback in March for his great handbook on communications, I didn’t know that I was starting a whole new chapter of a great history. Dr. David Ryback is a clinical psychologist, consultant and specialist in emotional intelligence. Consultant to NASA, the National Football Association, the US Navy and many other communicational and emotional intelligence companies.
